I understand that plans can change, especially with babies and young children, whose schedules aren’t always predictable! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 12 hours’ notice whenever possible. This allows me the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client.
Of course, unexpected situations happen, and sometimes a baby’s schedule simply doesn’t cooperate. If you do need to make a last-minute change, please reach out as soon as you can.
Repeated last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may require a deposit before booking future appointments.
